From the splendid olive grove of La Fornace comes an extra-virgin olive oil with very low acidity and notable organoleptic characteristics. Our extra-virgin olive oil offers maximum certainty in terms of authenticity.
Our extra virgin olive oil is not filtered, and this helps to enhance its flavor and aroma, it is very light, free of acidity, of a beautiful intense green color with a slightly sour flavour, excellent for seasoning the toasted bread of the classic "bruschetta" Tuscan, meats, salads and pasta for the famous Mediterranean diet.
